In a great location within walking distance of Mermaid Quay and the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars it has on offer I think this flat is actually a bit of a gem. In great condition this looks like a ready to go rental property. Advertised with the agent Martin and Co at £165,000 it is probably a little steep but if you were to negotiate a purchase price I think it would be a good buy to let investment.
So what could this rent for? As a two bed and in a great condition and in a sought after Bay location you could expect to achieve a rent in the region £750pcm. Before maintenance and service charges (and based on the asking price) that is a yield of in excess of 5%. Worth a look I think!
